  • This social media content creation service is owned and operated under MS Dream Solutions LLC.
  • All transactions, communications, and agreements fall under this entity.

Services Offered

  • We provide custom social media post creation services on a monthly subscription basis (30 days).
  • Clients receive either 15 or 22 single-image posts per month with captions and hashtags.
  • The first template draft is delivered within 48 hours after the onboarding process.
  • Clients own full rights to the content after delivery.

Payment & Subscription

  • All payments are processed by MS Dream Solutions LLC and are charged upfront before content creation begins.
  • Subscriptions renew every 30 days unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Delivery of Content

  • Written content (captions, hashtags, and post details) will be delivered via Google Sheets.
  • Images will be uploaded to Google Drive, and a shared link will be provided.
  • Clients will be notified via email once content is ready.

Refund & Dispute Policy

  • First-month satisfaction guarantee: Clients may request a full refund within 7 days if dissatisfied with our service.
  • After the first month, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Business Liability Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee engagement, followers, or increased sales.
  • MS Dream Solutions LLC is not responsible for any misuse of content once delivered to the client.
